In this case, a former Boeing occupied, five-building, 330,000 square foot campus re-developed into a multi-tenant business park. We believe the results speak for themselves with a project that stands out in the marketplace and will effectively meet the investor’ s goals. Extensive renovation of three buildings on this five building campus. Scope included new hardscape, plaza, landscaping, lobbies, exercise facility, community conference rooms and executive dining area. The focal point of the central square plaza is a 25 foot high stainless steel functioning sundial commissioned by a local artist.
