Thomasville

Thomasville of Bellevue’s new flagship store at Lincoln Square had to be open for the beginning of the holiday shopping season!  For a major retailer to miss out on this is just not acceptable.  After the lease negotiations, design and permitting were complete, only 9-1/2 weeks remained to meet the deadline.  In addition, the shell and core contractor was hurriedly completing the massive Lincoln Square project.

If that was not challenge enough, the 14,000 sq. ft. space was located on the second floor, had very limited accessibility to the loading dock and freight elevators for materials to be brought in. The 25+-foot high ceilings with no primary HVAC or electrical systems required that all work be done on equipment lifts.

Being a “fine furniture” store, the interior design emulated a showplace with high quality materials and craftsmanship.  Multiple presentation showrooms feature different furniture styles and an “idea center” allows customers to custom design and select their materials. Foushée coordinated and installed the manufacturer’s supplied casework and fixtures as well.

“I firmly believe that our store is a first-rate representation of the excellence that Foushée has to offer.  I value their professionalism and their proficiency in meeting strict deadlines and look forward to working with them in the future.”
