If that was not challenge enough, the 14,000 sq. ft. space was located on the second floor, had very limited accessibility to the loading dock and freight elevators for materials to be brought in. The 25+-foot high ceilings with no primary HVAC or electrical systems required that all work be done on equipment lifts. Being a “fine furniture” store, the interior design emulated a showplace with high quality materials and craftsmanship. Multiple presentation showrooms feature different furniture styles and an “idea center” allows customers to custom design and select their materials. Foushée coordinated and installed the manufacturer’s supplied casework and fixtures as well. |
