Symetra
Committed to move out of their old location in a short time period, Symetra teamed up with JPC Architects and Foushée to design and construct their new 300,000 sq. ft. of corporate offices on 16 floors.

Many existing tenants had to be relocated at varying schedules and locations.  Demolition and removal of 100 cubic yards of debris from the 1986 building was required.  Ten phases were implemented to turn over departments for a staged move-in as well as to work around existing tenants.

“I want to thank you for the superb job Foushée did in the very short time period we presented you with.  You helped us complete a typically two-year project in a little less than one year.  We not only finished on time, but also under budget.  It was an excellent outcome.”
