Northwest Door is a third-generation, family-owned garage door
manufacturing company. Their success required a new, larger and
technologically enhanced facility. The development was also master
planned for future buildings. Their goal was to develop for a
long-term hold of the real estate. The owners were experienced in real estate development and chose a design/build project delivery. Technical expertise, cost certainty, and value creation were key issues in determining the benefits of a design/build approach. |
