McMurray Medical Office Building
Northwest Hospital and Medical Center is a non-profit facility known as a leader in healthcare.  To attract new physician practices and to accommodate their own growth, Northwest determined the need for a new medical office building on campus.  Funding for such projects is always a challenge for non-profit organizations, and this was no exception.  Five years later the solution came in the form of a partnership with John C. Radovich Development Company.

JCR Development agreed to lease land from Northwest and develop, own and operate a new 60,000 sq. ft. medical office building.  Their development experience and financial strength were key factors in getting the long-awaited project completed.

Foushée collaborated with the entire team to finish the McMurray Medical Office Building under budget and on schedule.  All tenant improvements and a memorial fountain have been constructed by Foushée.

“As our General Contractor, we relied on the construction expertise and innovative problem-solving that is integral to the Foushée organization.  From start to finish, the Foushée “team approach” promoted clear and continual communication throughout the entire construction process.  With this commitment to keeping us well-informed, expensive “surprises were eliminated. From the pre-construction stage to the final clean, Foushée delivered a product of highest quality.”
