First Savings Bank of Renton was founded in 1923.  They have grown to be one of the top 15 private banks in Washington.   Their old building was a series of additions and remodels dating back to the 1960’s.  It was time to re-invest to better serve their loyal customers and attract a new generation.

As leaders in the community they have been an active participant in the urban renewal and re-development of Renton ’s downtown.  Their vision was to create a bank that would complement all the new mixed-use developments by being pedestrian/customer friendly.

They purchased additional property, vacated the alley separating the two land parcels and created a two-building campus connected by a plaza.  Sub-terrain parking freed up valuable space and contributed to the urban design.

Foushée collaborated with the project team from the program design phase, providing the full range of pre-construction planning services.  We also coordinated all of the bank’s security and banking fixtures to insure integration.

“When we made the decision to invest in the campus, we knew a state-of-the-art building with ample work spaces for employee and community areas for our customers was a priority.  Our project required skill and vision:  Foushée provided both.

The level of professionalism displayed was exceptional and the team approach to projects allowed for steady progress that involved my company every step of the way, eliminating costly delays and miscommunication.  Your company represents the best construction knowledge in the industry coupled with a hard to find respect of budget.

The timely completion of our award-nominated building is evidence to the level of service offered by Foushée.  First Financial Campus has quickly become a representation of progress and quality in our community.”
