Think renovation to add real value…

The Puget Sound Region has unprecedented demand for real estate projects from investors and developers.  Renovating a 1980’s era life science development into Class "A" office is one example of how to achieve investment goals. Renovating buildings are certainly not a new strategy, but the successful implementation of them requires skill.  In the case of Bear Creek Corporate Center, a cohesive team effort achieved great results.  The team was led by Taylor Development who had a clear vision of the end result. JPC Architects had the design skills to make the buildings attractive to new technology companies.  Foushée brought our ability to implement the scope of work on a tight fixed budget.  The result: The project was quickly leased to Univar and Microsoft.

"Thanks for the excellent job your firm did on the renovation of the Bear Creek facility.  Additionally, our tenants couldn't be more pleased with their new corporate headquarters.

"As this was a fast-track project I would like to congratulate your team for their outstanding efforts.  This success was possible through the value engineering and pre-construction efforts.  Team members demonstrated their expertise by offering alternatives with leadership.  I particularly appreciated the professionalism of the team.”
