Privately held and family owned, the company was founded in Seattle in 1934 after the repeal of the Prohibition. Their successful growth and expansion servicing seven states required them to relocate to a larger facility in Kent.

The beer and wine distribution center contains 400,000 sq. ft. of warehouse area that includes an extensive material handling system that can process between 60,000 to 80,000 cases per day. This is a 20% increase in production for them from their old facility.

A 30,000 sq. ft. high bay cooler integrated with the material handling system was also constructed. The facility includes a 60,000 sq. ft. office, Italian wine tasting rooms, meeting/training rooms and customer reception area.

“We were on an extremely fast track schedule.  Your participation and cooperation throughout were outstanding.  Your team was extremely professional and creative, all the while displaying a can-do attitude with regards to the whole project."

Gerald H. Goldman, Alaska Distributors

"Your team demonstrated their motivation to keep costs down through creative planning and scheduling.  This effort was pivotal in ensuring that both the warehouse and corporate offices were complete without any impact to current operations.  Your team greatly assisted the management team to meet and exceed expectations."
