PROJECT
MANAGER:
We are currently seeking to fill a Tenant
Improvement Project Manager position. A Four-year
college degree with at least 4 years of building construction
experience is preferred.
A qualified applicant
should also have thorough knowledge of construction cost,
scheduling, estimating and accounting principles.
Familiarity with various construction methods and materials,
their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances is
also desired, along with strong computer skills and familiarity
with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
Very strong team orientated oral & written communication
skills are a must.
PROJECT ENGINEER:
We are currently looking to hire a full time
Project Engineer. A Four-year college
degree with at least 2 years of building construction experience
is preferred. Responsibilities include assisting both
the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with the
organization, schedule, and communications of the project as
required. Great communication skills are needed for direct
interaction with the subcontractors, company project team, and
customers. Knowledge of Microsoft products such as
Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook are also a must. It will be
required to Work both onsite and in the office to insure
schedule timing, that job requirements are met and communications
to all team members is optimized.
MARKETING COORDINATOR:
We are currently looking for a full time
Marketing Coordinator. A qualified applicant must have
five years of relevant experience.
Experience working specifically in the construction industry is
also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a
understanding of communication tools and techniques, as
well as marketing campaigns, event planning and organization,
and strong interpersonal skills.
Above average knowledge of both the Adobe Creative Suite and
Microsoft's Office Suite is a must. This position
reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Examples of essential duties and responsibilities include:
Development and maintenance of all marketing materials, coordinate
and prepare responses to all RFQ’s and RFP’s, planning
and coordination of marketing and business development
activities,
and organizing company events
